Many professionals invite video or audio call attendees through email or by providing them with meeting identification information. What is a Zoom meeting?Ī Zoom meeting is a video call program that helps professionals present ideas, share information and collaborate with their team. In this article, we discuss what Zoom meetings are, review when you might need to join a Zoom meeting, list steps to help you join these types of meetings and include tips to help you do so efficiently. Learning how to join a Zoom meeting for the first time can help you understand how to take part in these types of virtual meetings. Zoom is a web-based application that can help organizations schedule, organize and conduct meetings with individuals within or outside the company.
